GELİŞİM Health and Psychological Counselling Centre was founded in 2007 by Clinical Psychologist Erdal Kayhan. After graduating from TED Ankara College, Erdal Kayhan graduated from the Department of Psychology at Middle East Technical University in 1993. He then moved to Vienna in 1994 to pursue a master's degree in psychology. After obtaining his master's degree from the University of Vienna, he completed his training in Health and Clinical Psychology at the same university between 2004 and 2008. At the end of this process, he completed the official accreditation process conducted by the Austrian Ministry of Health and was registered on the Austrian Official List of Health and Clinical Psychologists.

Throughout his education and after graduation, Clinical Psychologist Erdal Kayhan has been actively involved in numerous social projects and institutions supported by the Austrian government and various aid organisations. He now offers his services at his clinic.
